an eight year old girl from buffalo fights to live right here in cincinnati in the wake a deadly fire.and an angelic foundation has stepped in to bring her family to her side for that fight. 9 on your side's jay warren is live for us tonight at shriners hospital in corryville with the story of this little girl who suffered burns to 90 percent of her body--jay?? the little girl's family had been in their buffalo duplex for just a couple of days when fire roared through the house killing two and leaving
she's here at shriners tonight undergoing treatment her father dimitrius johnson saved her and died when he went back in and saved his son -- this horrific fire in buffalo claimed two lives and burned little treasure brighon on 90 percent of her body--treasure was brought here to shriners in cincinnati yesterday and later that night wings-- flights of hope brought treasure's mom tempest thomas to be with her((tempest thomas/treasure's mother))"we were all sleeping he died he came out and ran back in and saved his son dimitrius johnson jr. and his daughter teasure brighon i would like for everybody to put him in your heart and send his family your prayers and your condolences to him."when treasure was brought to cincinnati there simply wasn't room on the plane for her mother and grandmother-- that''s where wings flights of hope stepped in ((joe demarco/wings flights of hope)) "we're excited to be able to get the mom out here and the grandmother they've been through so much she lost her husband her uncle her son is in the hospital in buffalo and her daughter down here at shriners 90 percent burned."
